David Arkenstone’s Tower of Light

I decided to play something nice and soothing this morning. Tower of Light is from David Arkenstone’s Atlantis: A Symphonic Journey cd.

I first discovered his music while listening to Pandora Radio. At Pandora you can create radio stations by specifying a certain music artist and then you get to listen to that artist plus similar artists. I had Arkenstone on my Marc Antoine radio station. I fell in love with Tower of Light so I decided to check out the cd at Amazon.com and I bought it last December.  The entire cd is great but Tower of Light is one of my favorites.

Someone at Amazon mentioned that they were surprised that Arkenstone’s music isn’t on a feature film soundtrack and I agree.  The music from Atlantis would have been perfect for the 1997 version of Titanic.

So if you’re ever in the mood to listen to something different from the usual then check out Arkensounds and of course you can check out his music collection at Amazon.com.
