Mignon Clyburn, a commissioner with the South Carolina Public Service Commission (PSC), has been nominated as the newest commissioner to the FCC (Federal Communications Commission).
Ms. Clyburn’s father, House Majority Whip Rep. James Clyburn is the highest ranking African-American member of Congress.
