There’s a new weekly magazine available in various newspapers across the country called RiseUp. RiseUP, which publishes weekly and available online, addresses important issues relating to race relations in the United States. The magazine made it’s debut last week. A group of young thugs attempted a carjacking at The Boulevard in Largo last night. And who was the victim? A Secret Service agent who was armed. The agent fired at one of the thugs and they all hightailed it outta there.
